Seymour Ventures Pty Ltd, trading under Coorong Realty, is a privately owned and licensed Real Estate Agent (RLA 318694), deeply ingrained in the heart of the Coorong region. Since 2016, we've dedicated ourselves to serving the communities of Tailem Bend, Meningie, and Wellington East.

With over twenty years of experience as a volunteer and manager, he possesses strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Adam's natural enthusiasm and organisational abilities drive his work. He operates strategically while recognising the emotional complexities of people.
Living, working, and playing in his local community, Adam has a well developed network, allowing him to provide exceptional support to investors, buyers, landlords, and vendors.
He understands that a property transaction is more than just a deal; it's a life-changing experience, and he's someone you can trust with your important decisions.
Nicki Fegen
Property Services Manager
Nicki joined Coorong Realty in 2018, kicking off a dynamic career in marketing and sales administration.
She quickly showed her versatility and dedication, taking on roles in holiday rental management, commercial operations, and easy wash laundry management.
Leading a team of cleaners, she fosters a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Before diving into real estate, Nicki worked as a Conveyancing Paralegal, bringing a blend of legal knowledge and administrative skills to her current role.
She's currently studying to become a sales representative, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning.

Courtney Ellis
Property Solutions Manager
Courtney Ellis joined Team Coorong in July of 2024 as the new Property Manager.
Before joining us, Courtney gained invaluable experience working in remote Indigenous communities, where she managed grocery stores across some of the most isolated areas of the country.
This unique background has equipped her with a strong ability to handle diverse situations and navigate complex challenges, skills that are incredibly beneficial in property management.
Originally born in Darwin and moving to Victor Harbor as a baby, Courtney brings a deep connection to our local community.
She enjoys building long-lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues, reflecting her commitment to providing exceptional service and creating meaningful connections.
